| | This was the fun part about last week's pediatric HIV clinics in our rural health centers: hearing the children sing while my mom played the keyboard outside the exam room where I was seeing patients. (I tried to put up a great video, but Xanga has foiled me again. Curses!) I missed her today at our clinic in Webuye -- and my father too, who was a thoughtful observer during our clinic time. They are on their way back to the US while I scramble to finish up some more work here in Kenya. I have a thousand amazing photographs to sort through from our safari in the Masai Mara, but I'll get to that loveliness once I have a moment to breathe.... (ie, when I'm flying for 36 hours across the continents) |
